Use your phone's 4G connection instead of the hotel's. The free "high speed" wifi is unstable and slow and probably only good for checking email. They want you to pay $4.95 for premium wifi.

Bistro...Pizza only comes out one way- over cooked/burnt cheese. Chicken Caesar wrap had way too much salad dressing- dripping. A small travel size cereal & small milk was $4.25! BYO (bring your own).

OMG how cute!!! The staff left a little bitty rubber Duckie on the bath tub. So welcoming after a long day o.n the road. Gave me a big ol smile!
