Guests will be required to pay a USD 49.00 damage insurance AND a USD 500.00 refundable security deposit. Please note it could take up to 30 days after departure to receive a refund if unit is left in acceptable condition. -Spring Break Cancellation policy: If canceled outside of 14 days of arrival there is a USD 100.00 cancellation fee. If canceled inside of 14 days of arrival full payment will be forfeited. Check-in BEGINS at 4pm. Check-out is PROMPTLY at 8am. -Cleaning Fee Rates changes from 85.00-130.00 USD. -Cleaning Fees: One time cleaning fees will be collected at check-in and are as follows -after tax-: One Bedroom Unit: USD 85.00 plus tax Two Bedroom Unit: USD 105.00 plus tax Three Bedroom Unit: USD 130.00 plus tax -Damage Waiver Fee: There will be a nonrefundable USD 49.00 damage waiver fee collected at check in. The guest must notify the Front Desk at check in of any damages in the unit or they could be held liable. This fee does not cover negligence or willful misconduct. In order to reduce liability all guests will be required to present a major credit card upon check-in. No Pets allowed. There is a Damage Protection Fee per stay, collected at check-in. Studio/One-Bedroom USD 45.00 and Two-Bedroom and larger USD 65.00. Please note that check-in for this property takes place at a different location. The Resort Collection Welcome Center at Long Beach Resort, 10511 Front Beach Road. From there it is a 0.3-mile drive or 0.1-mile walk to the property. After-hours check-in takes place at the Majestic Beach Resort, 10901 Front Beach Road.
