Dining in the world-renowned Schwarzer Adler restaurant is a must. For simpler, regional cuisine, try Winzerhaus Rebstock, complete with ancient terracotta tiles and wooden tables. Relax in the rose garden which acts as a sun-trap and provides a distinctly Mediterranean feel. Arrange a visit to the estates wine cellar, stretching 110 metres into the mountain and taste fully fermented wines, matured in wooden casks.
