Our lovely family run B&B is situated just a stones throw from down town Viareggio and close to the sea. Our B&B is very welcoming. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable and we aim to make your stay with us pleasant and friendly All our rooms are double with private bathroom We haven't private parking,you can park in a pubblic street by payment for 3 euro a day we request the total payment to the arrive The reception is open from 9.30 o'clock to 19.00 o'clock. check in time from 14.00 o' clock to 19.00 check out time 10.00 o'clock For other time contact the B&B Please insert your arrival time when you reservation. You can cancel your reservation 72 hours before your arrival date,if you didn't advise we take a payment for the first night Canx policy 72hrs Tax is not included : 2.5€ per person per night
