Owned by experienced operators Emily and Rich The Three Tuns is the corner-stone pub of the historic village of Ashwell and the perfect venue for those both local and from afar to unwind relax and socialise. Ashwell is a picturesque village in North Hertfordshire. The Ashwell Springs which rise next to The Three Tuns are the source of the River Cam and are a beautiful area for paddling and picnicking. The village is a bustling place with a thriving community and several excellent local businesses including Crump s Butchers Days Bakery and Rhubarb & Mustard Deli & Coffee Shop. br / br / br / br / The kitchen team work hard to provide a unique mix of traditional pub favourites and modern British cuisine. Produce is locally sourced where possible with Ashwell s Crump s and Day s both providing key ingredients for our menu. Our specials board is up-dated daily ensuring that there will always be something new for the repeat customer. br / br / br / br / We offer a range of dining styles from formal dining in our dining room to al fresco dining on one of our two patios or our extensive garden. Lunch & dinner are available Tuesday to Saturday ad then on Sunday we offer Sunday lunches until 4.30pm. br / br / br / br / The extensive wine list is handpicked from a variety of suppliers with ever-changing wine specials available on request. Our real ales are carefully maintained with Greene King IPA as our resident ale and a guest ale that change weekly. br / br / br / br / The jewel in our crown are our three newly refurbished guest rooms which provide the comfort and homeliness needed to relax on a weekend-break or a short overnight stay. br / br / br / br / Dogs are welcome in certain rooms please inquire for further details br / br / br / br / Deposit Policy: On booking we will charge your card for your first night s accommodation per room in full. The balance for your stay is payable on departure.
